Why does my sublimation tank top have some white smudges near the folds and seams?

Expect to have smudges, blurs and creasing near edges, seams and collars of garment. This item is created via all-over-sublimation, meaning we print the design on a sheet of high-release paper and transfer onto the apparel using a high heat and pressure system.

When printing flat artwork onto a constructed garment, some imperfections will occur, particularly under the arm. We will not offer returns based on these irregularities.

How long does it take for my order to be processed?

ADVISORY: Due to the Covid19 Pandemic, our fulfillment times will be longer than usual, and may continue to increase until things get back to normal. The entire industry is grappling with challenges and we’re seeing delays in our supply chain, and shipping carriers. We will not be able to follow our usual shipping time.

2-7 business days. Then add the extra time for shipping, which depends on your location.

Do you ship anywhere in the world?

Yes, but not in Cuba, Sudan and North Korea

Where can I find the tracking information for my orders?

All tracking numbers will be found in the shipping notification emails that we send out.

My order has been sent, why don't I see the tracking info?

Your order has been sent, but sometimes it takes up to 48 hours for tracking info to show up in the USPS tracking system.

What if the product is lost in the mail?

If your sent order is lost in the mail, no worries, we’ll send it again.

Does FedEx ship to PO Boxes?

Not really, they don’t ship to US based PO Boxes, but will ship to some international PO Boxes. We will not return a FedEx shipping rate if an address of US based PO box is entered.

Do you accept returns?

It depends. All sales are final so please make sure you’re 100% ready to order before checking out. But we do make exceptions for the following:

  • Product was damaged in transit.
  • Product did not arrive (in transit, or lost by carrier).
  • As otherwise required by law.

What if the product is damaged in the mail?

We ask for a photo of the damaged goods, and we’ll then gladly send a replacement, on us.
